Deusra Privacy Policy
In short: Deusra works fully offline. It does not ask you to create an account, it does not send any data to our servers, and it does not track you. Everything you enter in the app stays only on your own device. We cannot access this data. This Privacy Policy explains the privacy practices of Deusra (the "App"), developed by Pleyra ("we", "us", "our", or "the Company"). By using the App, you accept the practices described in this policy.
- Data We Collect
We do not collect any personal data. Deusra has no server or account under our control. We do not ask for, and we do not collect, your email address, name, phone number, or any similar information.
The data you create in the App (such as unit and resident details, dues records, payment statuses, notes, and photos) is stored only in your device's local storage. This data is not automatically sent to us, to any third party, or to any cloud service.
- Device Permissions
The App may request access to certain device features only when you actively start an action:
Contacts: The contact picker appears only when you choose to add a resident from your contacts. It reads just the name and phone number of the contact you select. It never reads your entire address book, and no contact information leaves your device. Camera / Photos: Used only when you choose to attach a document or receipt photo. Captured or selected images stay on your device. You can revoke these permissions at any time from your device Settings. Declining a permission only affects the related feature, not the core functions of the App.
- Third-Party Services
The App does not use advertising networks, analytics tools, or tracking technologies. No third-party SDKs that monitor your behavior are integrated.
The only exception is purchases. The in-app purchase (Deusra Pro) is processed through the Apple App Store. Your payment details are handled directly by Apple; we do not see, receive, or store your card information. For Apple's privacy practices, please see the Apple Privacy Policy.
- Storing and Deleting Your Data
Because all of your data is stored on your device, you remain fully in control of it:
You can delete records individually from the relevant screens in the App. You can permanently remove all of your data using the "Erase all data" option in the App settings. When you delete the App from your device, the App's local data is removed as well. Since your data is kept on your device, any backup of it (for example iCloud Backup) depends on your own Apple account settings and is managed by Apple under your control.
- Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect any data from children under the age of 13. In any case, no personal data is collected from any user.
- Legal Framework and Data Protection
Because Deusra does not process any personal data on our behalf, we carry out no data processing activity as a data controller under applicable data protection laws (including, where relevant, the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and the GDPR). If you enter information belonging to other people (such as residents) into your own device, you act as the data controller for that information. It is your responsibility to obtain any required consent or legal basis from those individuals and to use that information lawfully.
- Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates take effect as soon as they are published on this page, and the date at the top of the page is revised accordingly. For significant changes, we will try to provide notice within the App.
