Gestia Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your use of the Gestia application (the “App”). By downloading or using the App, you accept these Terms.

These Terms supplement Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which also applies to your use of the App. In case of any conflict regarding the license to use the App, Apple’s Standard EULA prevails.

Important — Medical disclaimer: Gestia is intended for information and personal tracking purposes. It does not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All values, content, and estimates in the App are approximate. Always consult your doctor or midwife for your health decisions. In an emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.

Gestia is intended for information and personal tracking and does not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. PLEYRA is not responsible for decisions you make based on information in the App. You should make all health and pregnancy decisions together with your healthcare professional.

  1. License

PLEYRA grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, resell, or distribute the App without authorization.

  1. Subscription, auto-renewal, and fees

Gestia Premium is an auto-renewing yearly subscription. The price is shown within the App and in the App Store, in your local currency based on your region. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when the purchase is confirmed. The subscription renews automatically unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal fee is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends. After purchase, you can manage or cancel your subscription in your device’s App Store → account → Subscriptions. The remaining portion of the current period is not refunded after download. All purchases and billing are handled by Apple; refund requests are subject to Apple’s policies.

  1. Free and premium features

Some features are free and some are included in the premium subscription. The features offered may change from time to time.

  1. Content

The pregnancy content in the App is for general information purposes and may vary depending on your individual health situation. We do not guarantee that the content is always current or error-free.

  1. User data

The processing of your data is governed by the Privacy Policy. By default, your data is stored on your device only.

  1. Limitation of liability

The App is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PLEYRA is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the App.

  1. Termination

Your license may end if you breach these Terms. You may delete the App at any time.

  1. Changes

We may update these Terms. The current version is always published on this page.
